Easter

What a glorious time of year to celebrate our risen Savior. Easter is always a jam packed holiday filled with lots of family and good church service. Our church had over 270 people attend which is a great number and very exciting. We had a bunch of my family over for our 3rd annual Easter celebration. The kids had a great time during the Easter egg hunt where they all made out like bandits. Its hard to hide that many eggs in a small place so finding them wasn't much of a challenge. This is the first Easter for 2 family members - Kaebrie and Josiah! They get along just splendid but somebody might have to tell Joe that Kaebrie is family and therefore no need to lay on the charm. Overall, it was a great day and one that we will not soon forget. Thank you Jesus for dying for our sins and rising from the dead

Basketball Game

Well its been a little while since I have posted anything new. Here is a shots of Miss Kaebrie and the family at a BSU basketball game. Unfortunately, BSU lost and Kaebrie took it pretty hard. She thinks it might be safer if she stays being a football fan and doesn't dabble too much in basketball!

Baby Kaebrie

Isn't she sweet!!!!

Can it be?

As most of you know Jeremy and I had our first child on September 30th, 2007. We had a beautiful baby girl named Kaebrie Elise! She is now 5 months old and most days I sit and stare at her wishing she wouldn't grow so fast. She is such a happy little girl and loves to "blow raspberries" and eat her toes...ahhhh to be that limber! She is a true blessing in our lives and we feel as though God has blessed us with an extra special child. My hope for her as she grows older will be to follow God, be compassionate and caring, loving and free spirited, and possibly a basketball player to make daddy happy :) It is true what they say you never understand true love until you become a parent. Children are blessings from God and special gifts to be treasured.

Something New

So I thought we would join the rest of the world and set up a blog page. This will be trial by error undoubtedly, but a fun new way to correspond with people we don't see or talk to on a regular basis. Bare with us as we attempt to figure this out! We look forward to sharing fun stories and new pictures of our growing family.
